Teentalk Canada makes learning everyday English easy. Students are presented with authentic dialogues and interviews. The students utilize the material from the interviews to practice and develop various skills. For example, doing puzzles based on content comprehension, reconstructing key phrases from the interviewees' answers and completing a number of exercises based on listening comprehension. Studio-recorded and text versions are great tools for beginners as they can be accessed if students experience difficulty understanding verbal cues and dialogues. A built in dictionary is easily accessible and provides easy to understand definitions.

Traditional gapfill exercises have taken on new features. If the student doesn't know the word, the original phrase can be played back or Teentalk Canada spells the word out loud letter by letter.

Teentalk Canada contains new grammar exercises that challenge the student to make connections between simple grammatical rules and example phrases. The program checks students' answers and provides students and teachers with a continuous progress record.
