Sharpens Students’ Ability to Understand and Interpret Career Related Material
Sharpens the ability of career-oriented students to understand, interpret, and analyze written materials on a variety of employment-related topics.
Students work in a format that includes multiple-choice reading comprehension questions, finding the context clue to an answer, and writing their own sentences for each text. Context clues and help words are provided throughout.
Scores are kept in a record management system that allows teachers to view and print records.
The questions, answers and explanations of the programs can be spoken aloud by using the Merit Text Talker.

Each set contains 36 passages and 360 questions. Contextual help and feedback engage students. Students choose from a menu of reward animations and sounds. All student work is stored in the Teacher Program Manager. Content can be spoken aloud by using the Merit Text Talker.
